J has a niece (2 actually, soon to be 3. Yay!) who takes after her in many ways. Apart from the visual similarities, she inherited J’s sweet tooth also. When Mom said no dessert one day, J was asked secondarily… and a “healthy” banana ice cream was born (sorry, sis – aunties always say yes). If you want to lessen the sugar content, simply leave out the Oreos and it’s just as delicious! (Makes 4 small servings)

4 bananas
2 oreos
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp cocoa powder
A splash of cashew milk*

Chop nanners

Freeze for one hour

Blend all ingredients

Serve right away

Note: *You’ll only need a splash to get the blender going. If it’s blending on its own you can leave the milk out or it may get too liquidy.
