Trippy Trail Mix

Last year we went to Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival to camp for 5 days. Being the “adults” we are, naturally we didn’t want to spend a lot of extra money eating there – though the food trucks were phenomenal (and a lot were Vegan!). So, we packed up a couple coolers and bins of chickpea salad, quinoa, beans, PB&Js, and snax. One of those snax was a homemade trail mix of nuts, berries, and milk-free chocolate. All things we had chillin’ in the pantry, and this is what we ended up with.

1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Dried Blueberries

1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Dried Cranberries

2 cups Sliced Almonds

2 cups Whole Pecans

2 cups Unsalted Peanuts

2 1/2 cups Sunflower Kernels

1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (dairy-free)

Your only directions here are to throw each of these Nomz into a bowl together and mix it all up. Literally SO EASY.
